Tested in extreme climatic conditions with significant hydration effectiveness.In Burkina Faso, women produce shea butter by hand. While one might expect this technique to weaken and damage the skin, in reality it leaves it incredibly soft. Wonderful product

I love this cream, it helps to keep my skin hydrated specially during the winter months and gives a smooth feeling, it has a thick texture but helps to protect and improve the dry parts of your skin, I definitely recommend this product to my family

Ultra. Rich. Comforting.

I’ve used L’Occitane products for years but somehow the Shea Ultra Rich Comforting Cream eluded me. I finally got hold of a jar. It’s heavenly. The texture is peerless. As is customary with most L’Occitane products, a little goes a long way. Smooth cover, no greasiness, and the skin drinks it in. The scent is over-the-moon lovely. You will not be disappointed.

I love this moisturiser. I have quite dry skin and occasionally get patches of eczema. This moisturiser is great for my skin. The high content of Shea keeps my skin feeling lovely and soft all day.

My winter rescue

For my extremely dry skin, I have three skincare regimes, fall/spring, summer, and winter to fit the climate in the Washington DC area. Four years ago, I started to develop severe allergies to the food that I was eating all my life (like avocado, soy, oat, nuts, pea, cherry, etc.) and the makeup and skincare products that I was using for years. I had to start a new search for makeup and skincare products to which my skin would not react negatively. This cream was my rescue in the winter. It soothes my skin and keeps it moisturized all day under makeup at work. I love love love their shea products.
